This "User Agreement" is an agreement signed between you (hereinafter referred to as "User") and Mengla Technology (hereinafter referred to as "Mengla Technology") before using various products produced by Mengla Technology, when registering a user account (also known as "account", hereinafter referred to as "account") and using the products. Mengla Technology is committed to providing you with comprehensive WeChat public account operation and management services. In order to fully protect your right to know about the various services provided by Mengla Technology, Mengla Technology has formulated this "User Agreement" regarding the relevance, effectiveness, and limitations of its various services. If you register and use Mengla Technology's goods or services, it means that you accept and agree to this Agreement. Please note that your use is subject to these terms, services, and requirements.
I. Important Notice — Before signing this Agreement, Mengla Technology formally reminds the user:
1.1 You should carefully read (minors should read under the supervision of a guardian) and fully understand each clause of this "User Agreement", especially the disclaimer clauses that exclude or limit Mengla Technology's liability, the clauses limiting the user's rights, and the clauses governing dispute resolution, jurisdiction, and applicable law.
1.2 Unless you accept this Agreement, the user has no right or need to continue to receive Mengla Technology's services and may withdraw from this registration. If the user clicks to accept and continues to use Mengla Technology's services, it is deemed that the user has fully accepted this Agreement.
1.3 This Agreement takes legal effect when you start using Mengla Technology's services and register as a user of Mengla Technology's products. Please carefully consider whether to accept this Agreement. If you do not accept any clause of this Agreement, please withdraw immediately and no longer accept any services from Mengla Technology.
1.4 After you sign this Agreement, this text may be modified due to changes in national policies, products, or the environment in which this Agreement is performed. We will post the modified agreement on this website. If you object to the modified agreement, please immediately stop logging in to or using Mengla Technology's products and services. If you log in or continue to use Mengla Technology's products, you will be deemed to have accepted the modified agreement.
II. Regarding "Account" and "Paid Member" Eligibility
2.1 Mengla Technology provides user registration channels on its business platforms (including but not limited to Dami Ultra). After acknowledging and accepting this Agreement, users have the right to choose a mobile phone number or combination of letters and symbols that has not been used by another user as their account, and to set a password that meets security requirements. The account and password set by the user are the credentials for the user to log in to Mengla Technology's products and receive Mengla Technology's services.
Users may register an account and activate paid use through various existing and future channels.
When a user subscribes to a paid membership through a specific method, they must read and confirm the relevant user agreement and usage instructions.
Users must complete and submit the registration form online. The information filled in the form and the personal data must be true and valid; otherwise, Mengla Technology has the right to reject their application or cancel their account or paid membership, without any compensation or refund of membership fees. If a user's personal information changes, they should update the relevant information promptly. Otherwise, the user shall bear the responsibility for any inability to fully and effectively exercise their membership rights arising therefrom, and Mengla Technology has the right to cancel their membership without any compensation or refund of membership fees.
After becoming a paid member, the member has the right to decline Mengla Technology's products or services and may apply to cancel the membership service, but will not receive any refund of service fees.
2.2 Registering a Mengla Technology account does not mean that the user is authorized to access all Mengla Technology products, but merely obtains the status to receive Mengla Technology's services. When logging in to relevant webpages, loading applications, downloading and installing software, the user will need to sign separate authorization agreements for individual products as required.
2.3 A Mengla Technology account is for the exclusive use of the user who registered it on the Mengla Technology website. Gifting, lending, renting, transferring, or selling the account is prohibited. If Mengla Technology finds or has reason to suspect that the user is not the original registrant of the account, it has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to the user without notice, and to cancel the account, without incurring any legal liability to the account user. Any losses resulting therefrom, including but not limited to interruption of user communications, deletion of user data and information, etc., shall be borne solely by the user.
2.4 The user is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account and password. The user assumes full responsibility for all activities under their account and password, including modifications to user data, postings, and all other losses. The user should pay attention to account password protection. If the user discovers any unauthorized use of their account or any other security breach, they must immediately notify Mengla Technology. If the user violates the above rules while using Mengla Technology's services and causes any loss or damage, Mengla Technology shall not bear any liability.
2.5 If the user loses their account or forgets their password, they may promptly request account recovery through Mengla Technology's appeal process. The user should provide personal password protection information to enhance account security. The user may submit an appeal form using the original registration information and personal password protection information to request account recovery from Mengla Technology. Mengla Technology's password recovery mechanism is only responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information provided in the appeal form against the information recorded in the system, and cannot identify whether the appellant is the true authorized user of the account. Mengla Technology shall not bear any liability for any loss suffered by the user due to another person fraudulently appealing on their behalf. The user acknowledges that the responsibility for safeguarding the account and password lies with the user, and Mengla Technology is under no obligation to guarantee that the user will be able to recover their account through the appeal process after loss or forgotten password.
2.6 The user shall ensure the truthfulness of the identity information provided when registering a Mengla Technology account. Any liability arising from illegal, untrue, or inaccurate user information shall be borne by the user. The user shall not impersonate any other person to register, shall not register for another person without permission, shall not register an account in a manner that may mislead other users, and shall not register using a username that may infringe upon the rights of others (including but not limited to trademark rights, reputation rights, etc.). Moreover, the user shall continuously update registration information as circumstances change to meet the requirements of timeliness, completeness, truthfulness, and accuracy. All originally entered data will be referenced as the user's account registration information. Mengla Technology shall not bear any responsibility for issues arising from inaccurate registration information or the consequences thereof. If the information provided by the user is inaccurate, untrue, illegal, or Mengla Technology has reason to believe it is erroneous, false, incomplete, or contains advertisements, unserious content, or irrelevant information in the personal data, Mengla Technology has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to the user, cancel the account, and refuse the user's current and future use of all or any part of Mengla Technology's services. All losses arising therefrom shall be borne solely by the user.
III. When using Mengla Technology's products or services, users shall comply with the relevant provisions of the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, the General Principles of the Civil Law of the People's Republic of China, the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China, the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, the Telecommunications Regulations of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Measures for Internet Information Services, the Administrative Provisions on the Security Protection of Computer Information Networks and International Networking, and other applicable laws and regulations. Users shall not use Mengla Technology's service products to engage in conduct that violates laws, regulations, or policies, or infringes upon the lawful rights and interests of others, including but not limited to the following conduct:
3.1 Using Mengla Technology's services to publish, transmit, disseminate, or store content that opposes the fundamental principles established by the Constitution, endangers national security, national unity, or social stability, incites ethnic hatred or discrimination, undermines ethnic unity, or is defamatory, pornographic, violent, causes distress to others, or violates any national laws, regulations, or policies, or to set online nicknames or character names containing such content.
3.2 Using Mengla Technology's services to publish, transmit, disseminate, or store content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, trade secrets, right of publicity, privacy, or other lawful rights of others, or is otherwise morally objectionable.
3.3 Engaging in any conduct that endangers computer network security, including but not limited to: using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts; entering a public computer network or another person's computer system without authorization and deleting, modifying, or adding stored information; attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerabilities of Mengla Technology's products or services software system or network, or other acts that undermine network security; attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of Mengla Technology's products or services software system or website, deliberately spreading malicious programs or viruses, and other acts that disrupt normal network information services; forging TCP/IP packet names or partial names; engaging in illegal activities such as reverse engineering Mengla Technology's products using one's own or other software.
3.4 Engaging in any conduct such as posting advertisements, promotional information, selling goods, or any illegal conduct that infringes upon Mengla Technology's interests.
3.5 Engaging in any other illegal conduct or conduct that infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other individuals, companies, social groups, or organizations, or any other conduct restricted or prohibited by laws, administrative regulations, rules, ordinances, or any other legally binding norms.
In any event, if Mengla Technology has reason to believe that any act of the user, including but not limited to any speech or other conduct of the user, violates or may violate laws, regulations, national policies, or any provision of this Agreement, Mengla Technology may, at any time without prior notice, terminate the provision of services to the user. Furthermore, Mengla Technology has the right, in its reasonable discretion, to take action against conduct that violates applicable laws and regulations or this Agreement, to take appropriate legal action against any user who violates laws or this Agreement, and to preserve relevant information and report to relevant authorities in accordance with laws and regulations. The user shall bear all legal liability arising therefrom.
3.5 In the course of using Mengla Technology's platform, the user shall ensure that:
(1) All acts of the user in using Mengla Technology's platform products and services comply with national laws, regulations, and other normative documents, as well as the rules and requirements of Mengla Technology's platform;
(2) Without Mengla Technology's consent, the user shall not obtain or use any data on Mengla Technology's platform for commercial purposes in any form, including but not limited to industry category analysis, ranking product selection, keyword data, and other information;
(3) The user shall not use any software or program code such as devices, viruses, Trojans, crawlers, etc., that may damage, tamper with, delete, or affect the normal operation of any Mengla Technology system;
(4) The user shall not obtain improper benefits by improper means such as cheating, fraud, or exploiting system vulnerabilities;
(5) The user may only use the data obtained within the scope permitted by the platform's express written permission and for lawful and compliant purposes consistent with such permission. The use of obtained data for commercial competition or other illegal or improper purposes is prohibited.
If the user is found to have violated this Agreement by obtaining, using, or disclosing platform data without authorization, the platform has the right to take measures including but not limited to warnings, suspending services, or even freezing accounts and terminating the cooperative relationship, without any compensation or refund of membership fees, and reserves the right to hold the user liable for breach of contract.
IV. Mengla Technology Statements
4.1 The user acknowledges that, in order to provide effective services, the use of Mengla Technology's products or services will utilize the processor and bandwidth resources of the user's terminal device. Therefore, data usage fees may be incurred during use. The user shall inquire about relevant pricing information from their carrier and bear such fees themselves.
4.2 The user acknowledges that, when using Mengla Technology's services, there may be risks associated with anonymous or pseudonymous information from others, including threatening, defamatory, objectionable, or illegal content or conduct, or infringement of others' rights (including intellectual property rights). The user assumes such risks. Mengla Technology makes no warranty, express or implied, including all implied warranties and conditions of truthfulness, appropriateness, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from any improper or illegal use of the services by the user.
4.3 Use of Mengla Technology's services must comply with relevant national laws, regulations, and policies, safeguard national interests, protect national security, and comply with this Agreement. The user assumes full responsibility for any consequences arising from any violation of laws or this Agreement (including but not limited to speech, transmission, etc.).
4.4 All information, materials, content, and services provided by Mengla Technology come from the internet and do not represent the views of Mengla Technology. Mengla Technology is not responsible for their truthfulness or legality, nor does it assume any legal liability.
4.5 The products and services provided by Mengla Technology also fall within the scope of the internet and are susceptible to various security issues, including but not limited to:
Personal information being exploited by criminals, resulting in real‑life harassment;
Trickery or password cracking;
Other software downloaded and installed containing Trojan horses or other viruses that threaten the security of information and data on the user's computer, thereby threatening the use of Mengla Technology's products or services;
Published content being forwarded or shared by others, and the risks and liabilities arising from such dissemination;
Risks such as account login failure, incomplete data synchronization, slow page loading due to unstable network signals, low network bandwidth, and other network issues;
Other types of cybersecurity concerns.
The user shall bear responsibility for the occurrence of the above situations. Maintaining software security and proper use is a shared responsibility of Mengla Technology and the user. Mengla Technology will take necessary technical measures reasonably and prudently in accordance with industry standards to protect the security of the user's terminal device information and data, but Mengla Technology cannot provide a complete guarantee.
4.6 The user acknowledges that Mengla Technology, for overall operational needs, has the right to modify, interrupt, suspend, or terminate services after posting a notice, without prior notice to the user, and without any liability to the user or third parties, and Mengla Technology shall not bear any compensation liability.
4.7 In order to improve user experience and enhance service content, Mengla Technology will continuously develop new services and provide software updates from time to time (these updates may take the form of software replacement, modification, function enhancement, version upgrades, etc.). To ensure the security and functional consistency of the products and services, Mengla Technology has the right to update the software without special notice to you, or to change or limit the effects of some functions of the software, and you have no objection to this.
4.8 The user understands that internet technology is inherently unstable and may lead to risks such as government regulation, policy restrictions, virus intrusion, hacker attacks, server system crashes, or other risks that current technology cannot resolve. The above reasons may cause interruptions in Mengla Technology's services or loss of account information. The user shall bear responsibility for any losses caused by such non‑human factors.
V. Intellectual Property
5.1 Mengla Technology holds intellectual property rights (including copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights) in the webpages, applications, software, and other products and services it operates. These are protected by Chinese laws, regulations, and corresponding international treaties. Without the written consent of Mengla Technology or the relevant rights holder, you shall not, for any commercial or non‑commercial purpose, yourself implement, use, or transfer the above intellectual property rights, nor license any third party to do so.
5.2 Users shall not reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or reverse compile the webpages, applications, software, or other products related to Mengla Technology's services.
5.3 Users may only use Mengla Technology's intellectual property rights within the scope authorized by this User Agreement and the corresponding license agreements. Any unauthorized use beyond such scope constitutes infringement of Mengla Technology's rights.
5.4 When users post or upload text, images, videos, software, performances, and other information while using Mengla Technology's products and services, such posting or uploading constitutes a non‑exclusive, perpetual license to Mengla Technology's platform, which is sub‑licensable. Mengla Technology may use the aforementioned information on all service platforms under Mengla Technology, may edit and use it again, and may authorize partners to use it.
5.5 Users shall ensure that the text, images, videos, software, performances, and other information uploaded while using Mengla Technology's products and services do not infringe upon any third‑party intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademark rights, copyrights, etc. If such information infringes upon third‑party intellectual property rights, Mengla Technology has the right to remove the infringing content without any liability. The user shall be responsible for addressing the aforementioned third‑party claims, bearing all costs arising therefrom, including but not limited to infringement compensation, attorney fees, and other reasonable expenses, and shall ensure that Mengla Technology does not suffer any loss as a result.
5.6 Any individual or entity that believes that content provided through Mengla Technology's services may infringe upon their intellectual property rights or the right of network dissemination of information should promptly submit a written notice of rights infringement complaint to Mengla Technology, providing identity proof, ownership proof, and detailed proof of infringement. Upon receipt of the above legal documents, Mengla Technology will promptly disconnect the relevant links in accordance with the law. Mengla Technology provides a complaint channel: 020-31605596 (service hours: weekdays 9:30–18:30). If the complainant fails to provide legally valid supporting materials to Mengla Technology, Mengla Technology has the right not to take any measures.
VI. Privacy Protection
Mengla Technology places great importance on user privacy. Users may disclose their privacy while enjoying Mengla Technology's services. Therefore, please read this privacy protection clause carefully.
6.1 Please be careful not to disclose important information such as various property account numbers, bank card numbers, credit card numbers, third‑party payment accounts, and corresponding passwords while using Mengla Technology's services. Any losses arising therefrom shall be borne solely by the user.
6.2 The user's account and password are confidential information. Mengla Technology will strive to take active measures to protect the security of the user's account and password. However, Mengla Technology cannot provide a complete guarantee.
6.3 Due to the openness of the internet and the rapid pace of technological change, Mengla Technology shall not bear any liability for user information leakage caused by factors beyond Mengla Technology's control.
6.4 When using Mengla Technology's services, users should not post or upload information they consider private to Mengla Technology, nor disseminate such information to others through Mengla Technology's services. Any privacy leakage caused by the user's conduct shall be borne solely by the user.
VII. Disclaimer
The user fully understands and agrees:
7.1 Regarding the products and services, Mengla Technology provides no express or implied warranties or conditions of any kind, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, etc. The user assumes all corresponding risks in using the account.
7.2 The user shall independently judge the content provided by this service and bear all risks arising from the use of the content, including risks related to reliance on the correctness, completeness, or usefulness of the content. The user shall independently consider whether to use any articles or materials on this website and bear the associated risks. Any loss or data loss from the user's WeChat public platform account resulting from the use of any articles or materials shall be borne solely by the user. Mengla Technology cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the aforementioned risks.
7.3 Any advice or information, whether written or oral, obtained by the user from Mengla Technology's products or services, unless expressly provided otherwise in this Agreement, shall not constitute any warranty beyond this Agreement.
7.4 When users use Mengla Technology's products or services, this software may call upon third‑party systems or support the user's use or access through third parties. The results of such use or access are provided by such third parties. Mengla Technology does not guarantee the security, accuracy, validity, or other uncertain risks of the services and content provided through third parties. Any disputes or damages arising therefrom are not related to Mengla Technology, and Mengla Technology shall not bear any responsibility.
VIII. Miscellaneous
8.1 By registering and using Mengla Technology's goods or services, the user indicates that they have read and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
8.2 This Agreement is entered into in Huangpu District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, the People's Republic of China.
8.3 The formation, validity, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland region of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws rules).
8.4 If any dispute or controversy arises between you and Mengla Technology, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the competent people's court in the place where this Agreement is signed.
8.5 The headings of all clauses in this Agreement are for convenience of reading only and have no intrinsic meaning and shall not be used as a basis for interpreting the meaning of this Agreement.
8.6 If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
8.7 After purchasing this software, no refund will be available.
8.8 One account supports only one person's use. Use by multiple persons carries the risk of account suspension.
